T2 Parking

WWU Parking operations is managed by a number of different systems that work together to handle permitting for employees, students, vendors, and all other campus visitors. Additionally, these same systems also are used to allow for Western’s License Plate Reader (LPR) permit enforcement across campus.

Business and Financial Systems supports upgrades, system enhancements, and troubleshooting.

T2 Parking Systems

T2 is comprised of the following Systems:

T2 Flex

T2 Flex is the primary parking administration system used on campus. It is the system of record for long term permits, citations, parking related events, and the parking accounts for employees and students.

The Parking Portal (Flexport)

The Parking Portal (Flexport) is the method that WWU employees and students can use to access and make changes to their parking account. This is how employees/students can purchase permits, pay for citations, and make changes to their vehicle information.

Digital IRIS

Digital IRIS is the main system that handles parking pay stations operations on campus. This system is also used to integrate with WWU’s mobile app vendor, Parkmobile.

AutoVu ALPR

The AutoVU system is the primary system that operations the License Plate Reader (LPR) enforcement vehicles. This system integrates with the various permitting systems that are used in order to validate parked vehicles on campus.
