Banner Human Resources (HR)

Banner Human Resources stores employee data and includes information about faculty, staff and student workers. It is used to process payroll checks, report taxes, track positions, compensation, benefits, and work history. It is comprised of three main modules (Human Resources, Position Control, Employee Self-Service) as well as smaller modules (EPAF, Effort Certification) and includes WWU subsystems that interface with the Washington state Health Care Authority (HCA), Department of Retirement Systems (DRS), and Office of Financial Management (OFM).
