CRC Collections

Campus Receivables Collector (CRC) is an Ellucian system that is used by WWU to assist in the collection of past due balances owed to the university. The CRC system integrates with the Banner AR system to allow for a structured aging process for accounts with past due balances. CRC acts also as the primary system of record for the WWU Perkins Loan program, where it manages loan status, payment installment plans, and collection progress for past due Perkins loans.

Customer Web Access (CWA) Portal:

The CWA portal is the primary user access point for individuals to make payments towards their past due balances or Perkins Loan installments.
