Banner Accounts Receivable

The Banner Accounts Receivable module stores charge, payment, and balance data related to individual student, employee, and other customer accounts. It is used by WWU to manage billing for student tuition, fees, housing, meal plans, and other student related charges. It is also used in the generation of student tax documentation, such as the 1098T tax document. The Accounts Receivable module is also used to manage general receivable invoicing for outside institutions and vendors that the university contracts with.

Business & Financial Systems supports upgrades, system enhancements, and troubleshooting.

Banner Self-Service – Student Accounts

Banner Student Account Self-Service is the web portal where students and employee can access information related to their Western Account, such as balance information and tax documentation. The Self-Service portal is also used to make payments towards an individual’s Western Account.
